Service Contracts

An integral part of the CaterServ service takes place after the initial supply and installation of your catering equipment, with our comprehensive and cost-effective Service Contracts. We cover Kent, London, Essex and the surrounding areas in the South East. It is this regular servicing and PPM (planned preventative maintenance) that allows us to minimise the chances of your equipment breaking it down when you need it the most. ​

 

​​We use cutting edge technology for our service contracts which allows:​

  • Engineers to carry out the servicing from a pre-populated servicing checklist tailored to each site, ensuring that the quality and depth of the service is to our very high standards​

  • Customers can: See when the next service is due, on the day they can view the van tracker to see how far away the engineer is, view all previous site visits, job sheets, invoices and quotations via the CaterServ online portal.​

  • Customers to sign via the app to say that the work carried out was to their satisfaction, or to confirm acceptance of a quotation whilst we are on site.​

The CaterServ service contract offers customers:

  • Periodic service contracts of 12 months. ​
     

  • A prompt, efficient and flexible service by manufacture trained, gas safe engineers and a 'Safe Contractor' accredited company

  • Prioritised response for Repairs Callouts AND discounted rates for labour and repairs for all catering equipment

  • A +95% first-time repair rate

  • Full and comprehensive range of van stock to enable engineers to minimise the disruption and minimise the downtime.

  • Complete kitchen servicing - We can cover almost everything within your kitchen on our custom service contracts!
